Program and or Product Development - Working with organizations to develop new programs/products or refine existing programs/products to meet the needs of the community. Program/product development may include programmatic research of "best practices" or " science based approaches", development of a staffing pattern and budget, development of written materials, development of an evaluation plan and identification of potential funding sources. Group Facilitation - On-going or time limited facilitation of community groups and/or agency teams. Can include the development of meeting agendas, outcome documents (minutes) and appropriate sub-committee/work group development. Program Evaluation - Process and outcome evaluations that include data and outcome analysis, key informant interviews, community assessments, focus groups and recommendations for quality improvements. Contract Monitoring and Quality Improvement Activities - Services may include the independent facilitation of site visits and contract monitoring activities, preparation of reports and the development of recommendations for change and improvements. Grant Writing - Multi-level approach based on the needs of an organization. The JDI Group may provide full service grant writing, research, program development, technical assistance, edits and scoring, etc. Training - Training on specific topics can be arranged for large community groups or small employee groups. Each training session is tailored to meet the needs of the group and produce practical results for application and integration into performance Strategic Planning - Assisting organizations (Board of Directors and staff) with the development of a one, three, or five year strategic plan. Can include multi-level planning and plan monitoring if desired. Management Assessment and Coaching - On-going or
time limited technical assistance to CEO's, Executive
Director or management teams to identify problem areas in
the work environment, enhance communication and
implement solutions to improve services and the corporate
